The booking is on record with your name, pickup and destination before departure, and we're reachable directly by WhatsApp or phone throughout. If at any point you're uncomfortable, the trip can be stopped — your safety comes before anything else, including the fare.
Our drivers take reasonable care of your vehicle, and any damage caused through a driver's negligence is assessed case by case. Your car is driven under your own motor insurance policy, so it's worth confirming that your policy permits a driver other than the policyholder — most comprehensive policies in Singapore do.
